These terms apply to website development services provided by Adpand Media. The written quote for your project sets out its final scope and takes precedence where it differs.
Pricing
Plan prices are one-time build fees in Indian Rupees. Work outside the plan's scope, such as extra pages, is quoted separately.
Payment
50% of the build fee is due in advance to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live.
Timelines
Delivery times (Starter 4–5 days, Business 7 days, Premium 10–14 days, E-commerce 14–21 days) count from the day we receive all required content: logo, business details, photos and approvals. Delays in content or feedback extend the timeline.
Revisions
Each plan includes the number of revision rounds listed on it. Additional rounds or changes after approval are quoted separately.
Refunds and cancellation
If you cancel before design work begins, the advance is refunded in full. Once design work has started, the advance is non-refundable.
Ownership
Once full payment is received, the website, its files and all logins are handed over to you. You confirm you have the rights to any content, logos and images you supply.
Domain and hosting
Premium and E-commerce plans include a domain and hosting free for the first year. From the second year, renewal is charged at the provider's price.
Support
Every plan includes 15 days of free bug-fix support after launch. Other support, content updates and new features are quoted separately.
